The work provides a great variety, ranging from storefronts and mobile homes to mega mansions and mid rise buildings. There is absolutely no high rise, rope work, or stage work involved. Applicants should know the reality of the schedule upfront. The winter holiday season gets crazy busy with massive earning potential, while the summer months slow down significantly. The Culture and Expectations The business has been operating for 12 years and prioritizes high quality results over sloppy work. Safety is a top priority, and all necessary tools are provided to complete the job safely without ever bending the rules. Expect a good vibe where team members like to laugh and have fun to make the day go by much faster. Ideal candidates have a great work ethic and want to prove themselves without bringing a rockstar attitude. A large part of the job involves creating a great experience for clients, which frequently results in home baked goods and cash tips for those who bring good vibes. Compensation and Benefits Pay starts at $25.00 per hour for the first two weeks. After the evaluation period, compensation transitions to a 30 percent commission structure, allowing earnings between $25.00 and $40.00 per hour. This is a W2 position that includes workman's comp coverage. A branded company truck and access to a full range of specialty tools are provided for the team. Strict Requirements A minimum of two years of verifiable previous professional window cleaning experience is required, specifically where it was your primary job every day. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory to be added to the company vehicle insurance. Passing a 3rd party background check is also required before joining the team.
