Job Description Pay:

$23.00/hour (Bi-Weekly Pay)

Phoenix, AZ 85043 Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Schedule and workload may vary based on operational needs. Overtime may be required. Job Summary LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dependable and experienced Construction Cleaner/Driver to perform cleaning and maintenance at new construction sites. This position involves general construction cleanup, window washing, pressure washing, and transporting equipment and materials between job sites using company vehicles and trailers. A current resume is required for consideration. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning at new construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal Clean windows using ladders up to 24 feet for second-story access Pressure wash windows, concrete, and other assigned surfaces Properly handle cleaning chemicals and dispose of wastewater in compliance with EPA regulations Drive company vehicles with trailers to various job sites Transport equipment, tools, and materials safely Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment and company vehicles Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and pressure-washing equipment Follow company safety procedures and wear required protective equipment Perform additional cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned Requirements Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience driving with a trailer (Required) Construction cleaning experience required; similar industrial experience may be considered Ability to pass a criminal background check, MVR, and physical examination Reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, and reaching Must be comfortable using ladders and cleaning equipment Flexibility to work varying schedules based on operational needs Benefits Employees become eligible for company benefits after 90 days of employment: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Training 401(k): Employees become eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) retirement plan after 1 year of employment .
