We clean new custom homes, remodels, and commercial buildings right before the owners move in or the doors open. It's the final step of a build, and we take it seriously. Everyone on our crew is a W-2 employee. No 1099, no gig work. We're growing fast and looking for people who want steady work with a team that actually has your back. What You'll Do Clean new and remodeled homes and commercial spaces from top to bottom Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, paint and grout haze Detail cabinets, baseboards, fixtures, glass, appliances and floors Work with your crew to hit deadlines for builders and contractors Follow our checklists and quality standards on every job What We're Looking For Reliable transportation and able to get to our Phoenix office and job sites on time Good attitude and willing to learn. We'll train you, you just have to want it Takes feedback well and cares about doing the job right Team player.
