Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest accommodations are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. This role requires a strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and customer service to maintain high standards of hospitality. Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is highly valued. The Airbnb Cleaner will play a crucial role in maintaining the reputation of our properties by delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the Airbnb property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Change bed linens, wash laundry as needed, and restock supplies such as toiletries and towels. Perform detailed floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health guidelines. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, polished, and free of debris or stains. Handle special cleaning tasks such as stain removal, appliance cleaning, and sanitation of high-touch areas. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Communicate effectively with property owners or management regarding any maintenance issues or guest requests related to cleanliness. Adhere to safety protocols and proper use of cleaning products to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred. Skills in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and laundry services. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently. Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction during property turnovers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures. Experience in cooking is a plus for preparing guest amenities or light meal services if required.
