Janitorial Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitorial Worker to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks that ensure our spaces are hygienic, well-maintained, and visually appealing. Your efforts will directly contribute to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors alike. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are highly valued. Schedule will be from 6AM to 2PM, Sunday thru Thursday. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping. Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently throughout the facility Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly Assist with light custodial tasks such as window washing, dusting surfaces, and replenishing supplies Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs or adjustments as needed Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within commercial environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Reliable work ethic with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Prior experience with residential painting or industrial cleaning is a plus but not required Join our team to help create pristine environments that foster productivity and well-being!
