Custodian Tube Specialties, Inc - 2.5 Tempe, AZ Job Details Part-time $18.50 - $20.00 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our aerospace manufacturing facility and office spaces. This role is critical in supporting daily operations by ensuring all work areas meet cleanliness and safety standards in a precision manufacturing environment. This position works across our production floor, offices, restrooms, break areas, and satellite office buildings. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, following a structured cleaning schedule, and working around manufacturing equipment. What You'll Do Perform daily cleaning and trash removal throughout the facility Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, and common areas Vacuum, dust, mop, and maintain offices, conference rooms, and lobby areas Operate floor scrubbers and perform production floor cleaning Restock restroom and cleaning supplies Maintain outdoor seating and designated smoking areas Report maintenance or safety concerns to management Support general facility upkeep and additional cleaning tasks as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous janitorial, custodial, or facilities cleaning experience preferred Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
