Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and janitorial services, with experience in commercial environments. This role requires a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in various settings, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Maintain and operate scissor lifts safely when required for high-level cleaning tasks. Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient workflow and meet cleaning schedules. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Requirements Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is highly desirable. Ability to operate a scissor lift safely; certification may be required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
