Competitive pay based on experience, typically $23•30 per hour depending on project type and scope Qualifications Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a Social Security or EIN/TIN number for tax purposes Position is classified as a 1099 independent contractor role Do you have a smartphone and able to download our mobile app? Do you understand this is an independent contractor position? (Must have in-depth understanding of what this means and check local independent contractor laws of your area to familiarize) 5+ years of experience in professional home/office cleaning working with a firm and a strong understanding of the trade, career cleaners preferred. Organization in keeping their schedules up to date and maintain own stockpile of cleaning supplies. All cleaning equipment must be sanitized after each assignment. Cleaning solutions should include option of natural, eco-friendly, and or green, unscented products required by some clients. Must have shoe covering options. Must carry active home cleaning general liability (GL) insurance or willing to obtain prior to starting Requirements Reliability and punctuality in arriving at all scheduled appointments on time. Dedication towards providing 100% client satisfaction in every cleaning. Complete before and after clean walk through with clients, ensure outcome meet and exceed client expectations. Willing to repeat task as needed to ensure satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve any challenges that may arise on the job 5+ years in the field experience working with a firm, a career professional Cleaner. A positive attitude and honesty in all interactions Ability to work independently or team assignment and manage time effectively Use personal cleaning supplies and equipment Perform home and office cleaning base on client requirements. We issue 1099 end of year for tax filing purpose. Maintain own schedule and set availability Accept or reject within 48 hours of job assignment. Must provide at minimal 48 hours' prior notice to start of any job if unable to complete task, this allows sufficient time for reassignment. 5 days prior notice preferred.
