Powersports Lot Porter & Counter Sales

AXXIS Motorsports is a high-performance UTV and PWC shop looking for a Service Operations Coordinator. While our management team handles the phones and scheduling, you are the "Eyes and Hands" ensuring every machine is documented, handled, and organized with 10/10 professionalism.

Your Primary Tasks:

Customer Hospitality:

Greet customers at the door for unit drop-offs and pick-ups. Check them out on POS system. Digital Intake (DVIs): Use phone to take photos of units and document issues and repairs needed.

Lot & Shop Logistics:

Move UTVs, PWCs, and trailers safely using a forklift. Keep the lot organized.

Parts Logistics:

Receive incoming parts shipments, verify accuracy against orders, and locate them in the proper bins.

Unit Prep:

Wash and detail vehicles before they are returned to the customer.

Requirements:

Strong communication and "people skills." Extreme attention to detail. Must be ok working outside in summer heat

Plus:

Know how to drive a forklift UTV & Jetski knowledge
