Duties and Responsibilities:

Wears appropriate uniform as provided by the Club. Follows directions Complies with all safety regulations, reporting any unsafe area or condition to the Safety Officer or the General Manager. Cleaning, mopping, scrubbing, sanitizing rest rooms, floors and other surfaces. Polishing, washing, dusting wall surfaces, stairways, basement, hallways, offices, recreation room and locker rooms. Ensures that common areas including Grill Room, Grill Room Patio, all bars, busser area, entrance, lobby and waiting areas are sanitary, cleaned and stocked on a regular basis. Wash windows, and polish special metal fixtures and surfaces such as brass work. Vacuum, dust fixtures and hanging photos, polish furniture, wash and polishes drinking fountains and other fixtures. Empties all waste baskets and trash boxes, and keeps all areas free of trash and debris. Ensures staff offices and employee lounge and rest rooms are cleaned daily. Puts out a Continental Breakfast Tuesday-Friday morning by 4:30am Lock and unlock Clubhouse doors, Fitness Center, golf course rest rooms, and the main and pedestrian gates. Completes a nightly cleaning list assignment and follows all written and verbal instructions as directed by the Night Supervisor/Lead, or other Club Managers. Night Supervisor/Lead, Health Physical Requirement/ Job Demands:

Work is performed both indoors and outside. Outside work will require exposure to varying weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent must regularly see and hear; frequently stand, walk, talk, smell, use hands and fingers to grasp or feel objects, tools, or controls, and carry tables and chairs. An ability to reach with are/hand and leg/foot to control vehicles and equipment; bend head and neck, climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Work environment has exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, and dust.

Necessary aptitudes include:

understanding instructions, verbal and tabular material, finger and manual dexterity, eye/hand/foot coordination, analytic and problem solving ability, initiative, precision, alertness, ingenuity, memory, concentration, and judgment. Patience, courteousness, and use of the English language are necessary when interacting with other members, guests, in person or on the telephone. The nature of the work may be fast paced and repetitive. Neglect of duties or substandard results will normally be identified by administrative staff, as well as members or guests. Through and consistent performance of duties is necessary to avoid duplication of efforts and increased difficulty of cleaning assignments. Requires a flexible work schedule, which includes irregular hours, and working weekends and holidays. A drug test will be required for employment.
