Summary We are seeking a dedicated Resident and Commercial cleaner to join our team in the Los Angeles Area . In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for our clients' homes and businesses, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties Ensure all areas are sanitized and maintained according to company standards Handle laundry and floor care tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours Assist with special cleaning projects as required. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial cleaning Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills for customer interactions Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day. Experience with floor care equipment is a plus.
