Job Description:
Grit Glass LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Window Washer to join our team. As a 1099 independent contractor, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality residential window cleaning services, ensuring streak-free results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Clean interior and exterior windows for residential homes using appropriate tools and techniques. Work efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes. Safely operate and carry ladders (must be comfortable working at heights). Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate effectively with clients. Ensure attention to detail, leaving windows spotless and free of streaks or debris. Manage your own schedule to meet job commitments.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation (own car) to travel to job sites. Comfortable working on ladders and at heights . Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently. Attention to detail - quality matters! Prior window washing experience is a plus , but not required (training provided). Must be able to lift and carry equipment (ladders, buckets, etc.).
