Job Description
We are a commercial cleaning business looking for a trustworthy, punctual, and professional cleaning team member to execute daily cleaning task requirements after-hours. Monday through Friday. From 6pm
- 9pm (3 hours per day max)
Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash bins
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break areas.
- Clean glass entry doors daily.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred (1 year preferred)
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance and cleaning techniques
- Must have reliable transportation
- Working cell phone is required for daily communication punching in and out via App to be paid.
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies, tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects if required over 25LBS
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within given time frames
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
