A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Full Job Description Overview:
We are currently seeking a Night Porters to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas. MONDAY- FRIDAY
NO WEEKENDS!

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Clean common areas as kitchen, lobby, and meeting rooms
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal area
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills:
EXPERIENCE
in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance- Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Proficiency in floor care procedures such as buffing and maintaining various floor types
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff and visitors effectively
- Must speak English.
