Part-Time Join a Growing Local Company Allied Commercial Cleaning is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. We are a growing commercial cleaning company that takes pride in delivering quality service and building strong relationships with our clients. This position services a retail location in West Hollywood and is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time work with the potential for additional hours as the company grows. Schedule Shifts are approximately 3 hours per day and can be performed during one of the following timeframes: Early Morning (before business hours) Evening (after 8:00 PM) Schedule flexibility is available based on business needs and candidate availability. Responsibilities Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors Clean and sanitize restrooms Dust fixtures, shelving, and surfaces Clean mirrors and interior glass Empty trash and replace liners Spot clean high-touch areas Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Secure the facility when required Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation and ability to commute to West Hollywood Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to complete required employment verification documentation What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Consistent weekly schedule Paid sick leave in accordance with California law Mileage reimbursement when applicable Paid training Supportive work environment Opportunity for additional hours and advancement as new client accounts are added Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates professionally, and understands the importance of showing up consistently.
