Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Cleaner / Labeler / Packager is responsible for the final preparation of newly manufactured machines prior to shipment. This role ensures machines are cleaned, properly labeled, securely packaged, and ready for delivery in accordance with company quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean finished machines to remove dust, debris, fingerprints, and residue. Perform final visual inspections to ensure machines meet appearance and quality standards. Apply correct labels, decals, serial numbers, and documentation to machines. Verify accuracy of labels and product identification. Package machines using approved materials to prevent damage during storage and transit. Secure machines to pallets using banding, wrapping, and protective materials. Follow production schedules and shipping priorities. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report defects, damage, or missing components to the Production Supervisor. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Working Conditions Manufacturing / production floor environment. Exposure to noise, machinery, and moving equipment. Use of PPE as required. Additional Duties This job description reflects the primary responsibilities of the role; additional duties may be assigned as needed to support production operations.
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 45lbs with or without assistance. Skills & Competencies Basic mechanical awareness. Time management and reliability. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
