Job Objective:

The cleaning staff must carry out general cleaning activities, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment in both homes and offices. Their work is key to the comfort and well-being of those living or working in these spaces. This position involves traveling between client locations within Clovis, CA and nearby areas. Employees will report directly to assigned job sites rather than a central office.

Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities:

These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

General Cleaning:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas. Clean surfaces, desks, tables, chairs, shelves, windows, moldings (baseboards), doors, mirrors, and glass. Dust electronic equipment, such as computers and phones. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors. Wash sinks and handwashing stations in kitchens and bathrooms. Replace and replenish office supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.). Empty trash bins and handle waste disposal, ensuring proper separation. Clean common areas, including kitchens, break rooms, and hallways, and clean furniture and appliances (microwaves, etc.). Clean hard-to-reach areas (dust fans, air conditioning vents, lamps, among others). Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings in all areas. Perform deep cleaning in drawers, cabinets, and storage areas during a Move In/Out clean. Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.

Cleaning Supplies:

Maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning products, requesting replenishment when necessary. Ensure the proper condition and correct use of cleaning equipment. Perform basic maintenance on materials and equipment .

Risk Prevention:

Follow established safety and hygiene guidelines to prevent accidents or illnesses, such as the proper use of gloves, masks, cleaning products, and tools. Place warning signs in wet or slippery areas.

Additional Responsibilities:

Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in domestic and/or office cleaning tasks (preferred). Experience with cleaning products and equipment (preferred). Valid driver's license. Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Skills:

Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and meticulously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and the ability to identify areas that need additional cleaning. Proactive and responsible attitude.

Expectations:

Good communication to report maintenance needs or issues encountered during work. Good time management and the ability to meet established schedules. Availability to work flexible hours, depending on the cleaning needs of the home or office. Punctuality and commitment to the work team and the well-being of the property's users.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, drive, go up and down stairs, and stand for extended periods of time, along with other physical tasks as needed.
