Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you won't be guessing what needs to be done—you will utilize our structured digital checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Precision Cleaning:
Execute detailed cleaning, sanitizing, and dusting of commercial facilities, including medical offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic common areas.
System Utilization:
Follow digital checklists and workflows to ensure all facility-specific standards are met perfectly on every shift.
Floor Care:
Perform routine floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Supply Management:
Monitor and restock eco-conscious cleaning supplies and facility essentials (paper towels, soap, etc.).
Security & Accountability:
Safely secure facilities after hours and maintain complete transparency regarding shift completion.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Prior experience in commercial or medical cleaning is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn our systems are paramount.
Detail-Oriented:
An eye for the small things that elevate a space from "clean" to "premium."
Reliability:
Dependable transportation and a consistent track record of punctuality.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using a smartphone to access digital training materials and daily cleaning checklists.
Professionalism:

Pay:
$17.50 - $21.00 per hour
