Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface wiping, and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across various surfaces and areas within homes to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Use cleaning equipment and detergents properly, adhering to safety protocols for manual handling and chemical use. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring all tools are in good working condition for optimal performance. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs, provide updates on service progress, and address any questions or concerns promptly. Assist with outdoor work when required, including patio or porch cleaning, to deliver comprehensive residential care. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with an understanding of cleaning surfaces, carpet cleaning, and floor maintenance. Strong knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning equipment. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or bulky items during deep cleans. Outstanding customer service skills with clear client communication to foster trust and satisfaction. Experience with outdoor work tasks such as patio or yard cleaning is a plus. Familiarity with residential housekeeping management practices to ensure consistent service delivery.
