Duties Polish cars, wash cars, and close shop. Assist with the movement of luggage, packages, or supplies around the premises Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including hallways and entry points Support maintenance staff by reporting any facility issues or safety hazards promptly Manage parking areas, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently Help with loading and unloading deliveries or equipment as needed Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and facilities are secure Skills Excellent communication skills to interact positively with visitors, staff, and contractors Strong organizational abilities to keep areas tidy and operationally efficient Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items throughout shifts Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and report concerns accurately Friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude towards assisting others Basic knowledge of facility operations or maintenance is a plus but not required Reliable work ethic with punctuality and attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute in a lively environment while gaining valuable experience.
