Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Complete Airbnb turnovers and deep cleans to Lume's quality standards Communicate with our team before and after each job for scheduling and any client notes Follow Lume's cleaning checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results every visit Handle laundry and linen services for clients who request it What You'll Need Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience in any setting Reliable transportation within the Davis/Sacramento area Self-employed or willing to register as self-employed Strong attention to detail and dependable communication Active general liability (GL) insurance for home cleaning, or willingness to obtain one before your first assignment Professional Standards At Lume, we hold our team to a high standard, not just in cleaning quality, but in professionalism and preparedness.
