Job Overview We're looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented to join our window cleaning crew. You'll be out in the field cleaning windows on homes and businesses across the area. It's active, outdoor work where you can see the results of what you do every day. No prior experience needed, we'll train you on everything. This is a paid position with real opportunity to grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time. Responsibilities Clean exterior and interior windows on residential and commercial properties, delivering consistent, spot-free results every time. Operate water-fed pole systems, a long extension pole with a brush head that pumps pure water up to the glass, letting you clean from the ground safely and efficiently. The pure water dries completely clear with no residue. Work at heights when needed, following all safety procedures on site. Keep equipment clean, functional, and ready to go before and after each job. Do a quick check of each work area to catch anything that needs extra attention or could be a hazard. Work alongside the team to get jobs done on time, especially on bigger sites. Skills No experience required, a good attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most. Comfortable being active and working outdoors throughout a full shift. Strong attention to detail, you take pride in leaving things looking sharp. Physically capable of standing, reaching, and working at heights for extended periods. Reliable and easy to work with, good communication goes a long way in a small team. Willing to follow safety procedures and keep your workspace organized.

Pay:

$23.00 - $50.00 per hour
