The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on both industrial and commercial settings. Us citizens Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Conduct industrial cleaning of equipment and facilities as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Execute floor care duties Assist with custodial responsibilities including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies. Engage in residential painting tasks when required to enhance the appearance of facilities. Maintain an organized supply inventory and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management. Serve as a porter by assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment as necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred.
