Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning procedures. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, their safe handling, and proper disposal methods. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness standards. Strong communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach when interacting with staff or visitors. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
