The competitive basis for this recruitment is established as Open/Promotional-Dual Certification. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications are provided with a study guide and then complete an online multiple choice test. Candidates who pass the test are placed on an eligibility list in order of overall exam score. The eligibility list is used to fill current and future vacancies within a six-month period.
