Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures to ensure effective sanitation without hazards. Conduct custodial duties including cleaning restrooms and ensuring common areas are tidy and sanitary. Follow safety protocols diligently during heavy lifting or manual handling tasks to prevent injuries. Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building upkeep. Requirements Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and the proper use of cleaning equipment. Ability to handle chemical agents safely while adhering to chemical handling safety procedures. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while practicing safe lifting practices. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards. Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented attitude when interacting with staff or visitors.
