Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, hallways, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct routine floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces pristine. Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and furniture to uphold a professional environment. Restock supplies including paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash liners to ensure continuous availability. Handle industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleaning of large areas or specialized equipment. Assist with custodial duties related to facilities maintenance and minor repairs as needed. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of commercial or residential cleaning techniques. Willing to learn on performing floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, and other tasks. Ability to operate cleaning machinery including buffers and floor polishers safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize daily tasks efficiently. Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
