SparklingBee is a marketplace — like Uber, but for home cleaning. We're not hiring employees; we're opening the platform to independent cleaners who want to run their own show. Clients book and prepay through us. You pick the jobs that fit your life, show up, and get paid. Here's the math: $40/hr on first cleans, $45/hr on repeat visits. Every tip a client leaves is 100% yours — we don't touch it. No bidding wars, no lead fees, no chasing invoices. You decide when you work, where you work, and how much you take on. Your skills set your schedule — not a manager. What you'll be doing: deep cleans, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, laundry, and the kind of detail work that earns 5-star reviews and repeat clients who request you by name. Cleaning experience preferred; reliable transportation required. Skip the line — register directly at https://sparklingbee.com and start claiming jobs.
