This is a hands-on role that combines vehicle detailing, moving cars, and general lot maintenance. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and stays productive without constant supervision. Responsibilities Wash, dry, vacuum, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors. Clean windows, wheels, tires, upholstery, and other vehicle surfaces. Remove stickers, adhesive residue, and debris using appropriate products and methods. Prepare vehicles for inventory photos, test drives, and customer delivery. Move and park vehicles safely; keep the lot organized and vehicles properly displayed. Keep inventory vehicles clean and presentable. Check basic items such as tire pressure and fuel levels, and report damage or maintenance concerns. Maintain organized vehicle keys, detailing supplies, tools, and equipment. Sweep the lot, pick up trash, and keep dealership grounds and work areas clean. Assist with vehicle pickups, drop-offs, and other dealership errands as needed. Follow safe vehicle-handling procedures and product instructions. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail and respect for customer and dealership property. Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work independently. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform essential duties involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling cleaning equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation. Previous detailing, car wash, or dealership experience preferred. Ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles is a plus.
