A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

With Locations serving the counties of San Diego, Riverside, and Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles, we provide all types of portable sanitation services and temporary fencing to both commercial and residential customers. Summary The Wash Bay Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the wash bay at Diamond Environmental Services. This position ensures the efficient, safe, and high-quality cleaning of all company inventory while leading a team of wash bay attendants. The Wash Bay Lead plays a key role in maintaining operational standards, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead, train, and support wash bay staff to ensure efficient daily operations Assign tasks, manage schedules, and maintain high cleaning standards Clean and sanitize portable restrooms and equipment as needed Inspect equipment for quality and functionality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Enforce safety protocols and report incidents or hazards Promote a positive team culture focused on improvement and accountability Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred) Bilingual (Spanish & English) Experience in equipment cleaning, sanitation, or related field Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to perform physical tasks and work in outdoor conditions Ability to bend/stoop, climb, stand and sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Commitment to safety and teamwork Meet all
