Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, windows, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Disinfect high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs and maintain health standards Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability Operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners safely and efficiently Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment at all times during cleaning tasks Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supply usage to ensure accountability and inventory control Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and inspected Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively.
