Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Part Time After Hours Office Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors during evening and night shifts. As an integral part of our operations, you will ensure that all office spaces, common areas, and facilities are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of office spaces, conference rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas during after-hours shifts. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate floor care equipment such as buffers and scrubbers. Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure recycling procedures are followed accurately. Disinfect high-touch surfaces to promote a hygienic environment for all staff and visitors. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and restock materials as needed to ensure continuous operation. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties, or related facilities maintenance roles. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, mops, and scrubbers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening or night hours. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery.
