Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our facility. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

Duties:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting to ensure a clean and tidy facility.
• Clean and maintain floors using industrial cleaning equipment, including buffing machines.
• Clean and maintain all facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and hallways.
• Perform porter duties, including emptying trash cans and restocking supplies.
• Clean and maintain windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Clean and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Perform residential painting tasks as needed.
• Maintain all facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure effective cleaning and maintenance.
• Work safely and responsibly, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Experience in custodial, facilities maintenance, or commercial cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
