This role involves providing high-quality window and surface cleaning services to homeowners, ensuring their properties look pristine and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a residential setting. Duties Perform professional window cleaning on residential properties, including exterior and interior surfaces as needed. Use pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces such as siding, decks, driveways, and patios, ensuring thorough removal of dirt, grime, mold, and stains. Prepare work areas by setting up equipment safely and efficiently. Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage during cleaning procedures. Assess each job site to determine the best cleaning methods and equipment needed. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service details and any special requests or concerns. Complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high standards of quality. Requirements Proven experience in window washing and pressure washing, preferably in residential settings. Ability to operate pressure washers and related cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals or equipment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Physical stamina and mobility to perform outdoor cleaning tasks in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation to reach different residential locations.
