This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and is comfortable working independently. Schedules and hours will vary by client location, with opportunities for additional hours as we grow. We are looking to build a team of cleaning professionals who value consistency, attention to detail, and providing excellent service. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of commercial offices and facilities Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Empty trash and recycling and replace liners Clean and sanitize restrooms Clean breakrooms and common areas Dust and wipe accessible surfaces Clean high-touch areas, doors, and interior glass as needed Follow location-specific cleaning checklists and instructions Use a mobile app to view assignments, communicate, and report completed work or facility concerns Properly use and care for cleaning products, supplies, and equipment Maintain a professional and respectful presence while working in client facilities Notify management of supply needs, maintenance concerns, or unusual conditions at a client location Experience & Qualifications Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation to client locations throughout the assigned service area Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile app Able to follow written cleaning procedures and safety instructions Ability to perform the physical duties associated with commercial cleaning, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning supplies and equipment Must be legally authorized to work in the
