Role:

Clean Getaways is looking for a detail-oriented Vacation Rental Cleaner to join our team in beautiful Lake Isabella, CA! In this role, you'll play a key part in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring every property is spotless, welcoming, and ready for the next arrival. If you take pride in your work and love the idea of making a difference from the moment guests walk through the door, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning and turnover of vacation rental properties between guest stays Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas to hospitality standards Change and replace linens, towels, and guest amenities for each new arrival Inspect properties for damage, missing items, or maintenance needs and report findings Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and kitchen essentials Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and meet tight turnaround schedules Communicate with team leads regarding property status and any guest-related concerns

Requirements:

Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or vacation rental turnover experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently between multiple properties Reliable transportation to travel to properties in the Lake Isabella, CA area Flexible availability including weekends and holidays during peak seasons Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods Positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills
