Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across the ranch facilities, including janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Conduct detailed vehicle and equipment maintenance, including driving various ranch vehicles safely and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, guiding tours, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience on the ranch. Execute specialized detailing tasks such as buffing, window tinting, and thorough cleaning of vehicles, equipment, and structures. Assist with general custodial responsibilities, including trash removal, surface cleaning, and organizing supplies to uphold a tidy environment. Support ranch operations by performing light maintenance tasks and assisting with outdoor chores as needed. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, vehicle maintenance logs, and service activities to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is highly desirable to enhance visitor interactions. Hands-on experience with car wash procedures, detailing, buffing, or window tinting is preferred for specialized maintenance tasks. Strong custodial or janitorial background with knowledge of cleaning products and safety protocols. Valid driving license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating various ranch vehicles. Experience in general cleaning, custodial work or related fields demonstrating attention to detail. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Enthusiasm for rural living and willingness to learn new skills related to land stewardship and ranch operations.
