A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

We are a growing residential cleaning company seeking experienced, dependable cleaners for upcoming projects in the Long Beach area. Our first project is a post-construction/final clean of a newly built residential home.

Pay:

$25-$30/hour based on experience Project Details Long Beach, CA Approximately 1,100 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms Kitchen + living area Newly built and unoccupied Post-construction/final cleaning Expected to be ready in approximately 2 weeks Requirements Professional residential cleaning experience Post-construction cleaning experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Reliable transportation Must have your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment, including a vacuum and mop Ability to properly handle fine construction dust and detailed final cleaning Interested in additional cleaning opportunities as the company grows This is initially an as-needed position with the potential for ongoing work.

Pay:
