Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

Qualifications:

Education High school diploma or GED required Experience 1-3 months of related experience preferred Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills & Certifications:

Valid Driver's License required
