In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and supporting customer service efforts. Duties Safely move and park vehicles within parking areas, ensuring proper placement and organization Assist with vehicle deliveries, pick-ups, and test drives, providing excellent customer service throughout the process Maintain cleanliness of the dealership lot, including sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces Help with vehicle detailing tasks as needed to prepare cars for display or delivery Support guest services by greeting visitors, providing directions, and answering basic inquiries about the dealership Handle cash transactions accurately when assisting with cashiering duties or processing payments Assist with the task in all departments in dealership Perform task assigned from department Managers Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key! Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus Familiarity with parking regulations and basic vehicle handling skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Dealership experience or background as a delivery driver enhances your fit for this role Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry while delivering outstanding guest service.
