The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to maintain appearance. Carry out custodial duties in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials. Respond to cleaning requests in a timely manner to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Monitor cleaning supplies and report when inventory is low. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred Weekend availability is Required Valid Driver's License is Required Must have a clean driving record and eligible to operate company vehicles. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
