The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cleaning experience, takes pride in their work and has great communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Clean residential homes, offices, and vacation rentals to professional standards Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and organizing Follow company checklists and safety protocols for each type of job Use a smartphone for scheduling, check-ins, and uploading before-and-after photos Communicate clearly with clients and report any maintenance issues or special requests Handle linens and towels where applicable (wash, dry, fold, and restock)

Requirements:

1+ year of professional cleaning experience (residential, commercial, Airbnb, or hotel) Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Strong working knowledge of cleaning tools, techniques, and safety practices Reliable transportation and punctuality Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending Smartphone with a data plan Willingness to undergo a background check
