Floor Cleaning:

Use the following tools to clean all designated floors. All tools must be washed after use Air hose room and dustpan Floor scrubber Scraper Bucket and mop Cleaning chemicals Areas to

Clean:

Dry ingredients room Cookies room Mixing room V4 area Shaping/Lines Packing area Under tunnel freezer Separation area Oven room Coolers Hallways Loading dock areas

Requirements:

Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and maintain a sanitary work environment at all times. Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized. Follow signs for hairnets, handwashing, and other standards. Adhere to the designated uniform color code applicable to the work environment. Use equipment, tools, and materials safely and efficiently. Immediately report injuries or accidents to your supervisor or HR. Adhere to safety policies and procedures; attend relevant Food Safety Trainings. Follow FSMA, HACCP, SQF, and all safety regulations.
