JANITORIAL JOB COACH WANTED

(Valley Wells Rest Area)!

Duties/Responsibilities:

The Job Coach shall possess the ability to effectively and efficiently supervise individuals with intellectual disabilities in a janitorial/custodial capacity. This is a hands-on position that requires the Job Coach to perform all services identified in the contract alongside crew members. 1) Promote a safe environment while maintaining the health and safety of LTC's participants. 2) Train, supervise and support individuals in the community. 3) In coordination with Case Management Staff, successfully manage and resolve vocational and other concerns of individual's served while in the community. 4) Be familiar with the scope of work at the site, and successfully maintain the rest area to the contract expectations. 5) Live Scan and fingerprinting back ground will be completed. Staff are required to be on their feet for the duration of their work day, bend, push, pull, use equipment. Will be working in very hot and cold weather conditions. Position entails cleaning/stocking restrooms, cleaning sidewalks, picking up litter, sweeping/raking grounds.

Must have own transportation.
