Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Cleaning Floors:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.

Sanitizing Surfaces:

Wipe down and disinfect high-touch areas, doorknobs, and shared equipment.

Restroom Maintenance:

Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms with soap and paper supplies.

Waste Management:

Empty trash cans and recycling bins, and take waste to dumpster

Building Security:

Lock doors, turn off lights, and secure the facility after hours.

Skills and Qualifications Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift equipment or supplies for long periods.

Chemical Safety:

Knowledge of safe handling and mixing of cleaning solutions and disinfectants.

Reliability:

Dependability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Communication:

Ability to report major repair needs to building managers.

Education and Experience Training:

Skills are typically learned through on-the-job training.

Experience:

1 to 2 years of prior commercial or professional cleaning experience is preferred by some employers.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
