Responsibilities Perform residential window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, ensuring streak-free results. Utilize pressure washers designed for window cleaning to remove dirt, grime, and debris from exterior surfaces. Conduct storefront window cleaning to maintain attractive business appearances. Safely operate equipment such as ladders, scissor lifts, and rope access systems for high or hard-to-reach windows. Clean skylights, glass facades, and high-rise building windows with precision and care. Apply proper safety protocols including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use during all outdoor and elevated work tasks. Manage cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to ensure quality service delivery. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and addressing any concerns professionally. Maintain a clean work environment by following custodial practices during interior window cleaning tasks. Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, including proper ladder use, rope access procedures, and safe operation of pressure washers and lifts. Qualifications Prior experience in residential window cleaning or custodial work is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to safely use ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and rope access techniques for high or difficult-to-reach windows. Knowledge of window cleaning methods including traditional squeegee techniques and the use of pressure washers. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work skills. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with skylight cleaning and high-rise building window maintenance is a plus. Ability to follow safety protocols diligently, including PPE use and equipment handling procedures.
