We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Porter to join our team in Carlsbad. This position is available either full-time or part-time and is ideal for individuals looking to grow in a supportive environment. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and upkeep tasks as scheduled or assigned Maintain cleanliness and organization of the property Assist with basic repairs and maintenance projects Support property operations as needed

Qualifications:

Bilingual preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
