Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors, hallways, lobbies, and common areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas. Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables. Maintain the cleanliness of entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, and outdoor spaces. Refill restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces as needed. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and damaged equipment to management. Assist with minor maintenance tasks and special cleaning projects. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in a safe and organized manner. Follow established safety procedures and proper chemical-handling guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or property management.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying supplies. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and safety. Previous janitorial or porter experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and maintain a professional attitude.
