Responsibilities Operate commercial-grade pressure washers safely and efficiently to clean various surfaces including walls, floors, vehicles, and machinery Assess cleaning requirements for each project to determine appropriate pressure settings and cleaning solutions Prepare equipment by inspecting hoses, nozzles, pumps, and safety features before use Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent injuries or property damage during operation Apply environmentally friendly cleaning agents as needed to enhance cleaning effectiveness Maintain detailed records of completed jobs, including surfaces cleaned and materials used Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity Skills Proven experience operating pressure washers or similar cleaning equipment in commercial or industrial settings (preferred) Strong understanding of safety procedures related to high-pressure water systems and chemical handling Ability to assess surfaces for appropriate cleaning methods and adjust equipment accordingly Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning without damage Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment, and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors Knowledge of environmental safety practices related to chemical use and water disposal
