The Fryer Oil Service Technician/Shift Lead provides quality service to a variety of commercial kitchens by filtering fryer cooking oil, cleaning fryer wells and hauling waste oil, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen when providing the FiltaClean service. No prior experience needed for the fryer technician aspect of the position but must have at least 1-2 years of office and Lead experience. Must be available weekends and overnight. Starting at $22.00-$25.00 per hour Depending on office/Lead experience. Responsibilities as a Shift Lead would be as follows: Start shift on time (oversee technicians on chats) Google drive experience, computer etiquette (Daily check list, van list, oversee schedule) Daily summary of technician performance and completed accounts/jobs Maintain warehouse in an orderly, organized fashion Monitor media and maintain technician efficiency Provide aid as needed Flexibility with schedule

What We're Looking For:

Valid Driver's license, good driving history, and proficiency in safe driving habits Ability to lift 75 lbs in a repetitive motion and perform other tasks in a repetitive motion Ability to sit and stand for 8hr shift Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask Responsible Coachable Be a great team leader and lead by example! Be available to stay overtime when needed Be available to work extra days if needed Great Common sense Be Proactive Bilingual a plus Responsibilities as a Technician would be as follows: Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled shift. Adhere to all traffic laws while driving company vehicles to customer locations. Ensure the van is kept clean, stocked, and well-organized. Process customer fryer oil using appropriate equipment. Perform routine preventative maintenance on fryers. Maintain accurate service records for each customer and service. Clean fryer area and ensure any spills are immediately addressed. Also responsible for the heavy-duty cleaning/sanitation of kitchen and kitchen equipment including- stoves, ovens, charbroilers, griddles, salamanders, deep fryers, walls ceilings, floors, drains, sinks, tables and prep stations when doing FiltaClean. Communicate any issues or questions to the Management Team. Maintain a safe and clean work area, wear appropriate PPE and adhere to safety standards at all times. Other duties as assigned.
